Booking and Paying

Because all Wedding or Celebration cakes require planning, we prefer as much notice as possible, although late bookings can be accommodated. We offer a free taster and design consultation so you can be sure that your cake will taste as good as it looks. To guarantee your place, we ask for a non refundable deposit of £100. This is deducted from the final balance of your cake. The remainder is due three weeks prior to delivery day. If cancellation is made less than 14 days prior, we will refund 50% of the amount paid. If you are unsure of designs or colour schemes there is no need to panic, final consultations can take place at a later stage.

Delivery and Set up

If you would like your cake delivered and set up to ensure peace of mind and a safe arrival, this can easily be arranged. We charge a fixed set up fee of £30 to come to your venue on the day of your wedding. A small delivery charge may also apply, dependent on location. Stand hire for mini/cupcake displays is £40. A £100 deposit is required for hire. Stands must be returned no later than 1 week from the hire date or the deposit will be surrendered.

Collection

If you wish to pick up your cake, it will be carefully boxed and will come with full instruction on how to assemble. Once the cake has left the premises, we cannot be held responsible for any accidents that may occour!
